Established in the seventies as a traditional public accounting firm, over the years it developed and organised with legal Advisers and certified Public Accountants coming from leading international audit and consulting firms to provide its customers with comprehensive tax, legal and corporate assistance, making its name as valuable partner in the consulting industry scenario.

The consulting organisation of Studio Vezzani&Associati, rooted in the territory of Milan and its hinterland for nearly 30 years, has grown from an original, exclusively “corporate-oriented” segment to become a cross-disciplinary assistance service provided by Public Accountants and Lawyers working at the Milan and Vimercate offices.

The organisation of Studio Vezzani&Associati is completed by an accounting data processing firm, for the purpose of providing accounting and reporting services.

Professionals are assigned to areas of competence broken down into tax and corporate assistance, corporate and legal advice, while support staff is dedicated to the management of accounting services for our clients. 

The organisation of Studio Vezzani&Associati is also dealing with professional training, through publications on specialized magazines and professorship appointments in full-time tax and corporate law training masters, and by holding trade seminars and conventions in collaboration with leading Italian Credit Institutions (such as, by way of an example, Credito Emiliano and BdS – Capitalia Group), and industrial trade associations (such as, by way of an example, the Industrial Association of Monza and Brianza and the SME Association – small and medium enterprises – of Monza and Brianza, SMI-ATI, AMNI).
The professional mission of Vezzani&Associati is relating to providing full assistance through in-house visitations and inspections by designated professional/professionals, aimed at “understanding” the actual situation of clients and establishing an ongoing relationship with the Management based on dialogue on and review of any activity and business-related issues as well as budget policies.

Our task is providing our clients with advise on opportunities and risks, and assisting them in their tax and legal strategies enabling them to develop their legal and tax organisation in agreement with business evolution and any regulatory requirements.
